Common questions
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 30% is due at the time of the booking to confirm your booking and the rest of the payment is due a day after the last day of the wedding
Do the hours need to be consecutive?
Yes, the hours need to be consecutive unless there is a gap of 6 hours or more.
Can you cover multi-day weddings?
Absolutely! South Asian weddings often span multiple days, and we specialize in covering all the events, from the mehndi and sangeet to the wedding and reception.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we are happy to travel for weddings!
How many photos do we receive?
On average, you can expect to receive 80-250 fully edited photos for each hour of shooting, depending on the length and scope of your event.
When will we receive our photos and videos?
We deliver all our edited photos within 1 week and videos within 4-8 weeks.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Once your wedding has been booked we are unable to refund the deposit, we can however reschedule to a different day.
